Linehaul Operator (Night Shift)
This full-time role is related to linehaul monitoring, and providing solutions to our customers' needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Linehaul Operator – Night Shift. The Linehaul Operator performs all activities related to linehaul monitoring and providing best solutions towards our customers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference, self-starter with a can-do attitude, who can hit the ground running from day one.
Main Responsibilities
- Constant fleet monitoring
- Identify potential transport issues and work actively to find the best possible outcome
- Assure smooth vehicle movement throughout the route of linehaul
- Proactive communication towards our clients.
- Populate different reports and systems
Qualifications
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
- Hindi language skills would be considered as advantage
- Experience in transportation & logistics area is also a plus
